The February Wellbeing Workshop

What you'll get:

  • Weekly live meetups, including three 15-minute “mindful mornings” in the mornings to ground ourselves for the day, and two 30-minute “keeping up in the kitchen” segments with me in the afternoons for a cooking demo, and weekly check-ins on Sundays to discuss meal planning and the week ahead.
  • If you can’t join me live every day, it’s okay! You’ll have access to the daily segments in a class library for at least 1 year.
  • A curated shopping list that provides you with every ingredient we’ll be using throughout the month.  (Note: It will be free of refined sugar, gluten, alcohol, and most dairy already, so all you have to do is follow along!) 
  • A weekly menu that shows you every dang thing I’ll be eating and cooking during the week. (Note: Most of these recipes will be for one serving but are easily scaled up to serve more.  And if I share a recipe that serves 4-6, we’ll use it more than once throughout the week.) 
  • All of the recipes I’ll be using throughout each week.  Note: Some meals will be extra simple and won’t have a recipe at all, like “Greek Yogurt with Pumpkin Seeds, Walnuts, and a squeeze of honey.” But if anything requires real cooking, you’ll receive the recipe and some real instruction in our afternoon demos. 
  • A calendar with all of the times we’re meeting during the month, along with supplemental content including journal prompts, tips for grounding yourself, and research on forming new habits. 

Class kicks off on Monday, February 5th and we’ll wrap it up and celebrate our successes on Saturday, March 2nd.
